Love letter to a historian by IOANA CASAPU

The history of love

Is written in Braille

For those who cannot read the signs

With their own eyes.

The history of love

Is written in blood

For those who ceased to look for answers

Outside of themselves

And only look deep within their bodies.

The history of love

Is written in the walls

That keep our sanity

And insanity together,

Long after our departure from homes,

Countries,

Lands,

And from the Earth.

The world is open –

Let your love turn,

Let your love meet the love of this moment,

For history is made of nothing else but moments.
